Heritage story
Based in a lovely village just outside Exeter in Devon, Rocks have been making authentic squashes and ready-made drinks since 1981.
Inspired by the original founder; farmer and family man Hugh Rock, who simply wanted to produce refreshing drinks that didn’t use artificial sweeteners, colours, or additives.
Today, Rocks retains the same vision, to provide simple drinks to thirsty families!

Summer Fruits Sorbet
- Bring 470ml of Rocks Summer Fruits, 230ml of water and 200g of sugar to a boil over a high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
- Blend the sugar syrup with 800g of a strawberry, cherry and red apple mixture until smooth!
- Pour the mixture into a freezable container, remove every 30 mins to stir and mash up with a fork until firm.
- Scoop into bowls, garnish and enjoy!
